Summer: Are you eating for the heat?
I work with so many women who want to improve their hot flashes. We often link hot flashes to menopause symptoms.
Did you know it can also be caused by eating/drinking too many hot foods: spicy foods, caffeine, chocolate, nightshades like tomatoes, alcohol, chai and kombucha can all be too much heat in your body.
