We respectfully teach Yoga’s ancient system and place an emphasis on qualified, knowledgeable and friendly instructors. We also respect the sacred Cannabis plant and place an emphasis on educating + demystifying the wrongful perceptions of nature’s gift.

Need to squat more but it hurts? Using the wall can help.

Malasana (Yogi Squat) doesn't have to be an all-or-nothing pose.

Using a wall for support allows you to safely explore the benefits of the posture without worrying about balance or forcing your body into a shape it's not ready for.

Opens tight hips and groin muscles
Improves ankle mobility
Gently stretches the lower back
Builds squat strength and confidence
Helps you relax into the pose with support

The wall gives you something to lean into, making it easier to stay longer, breathe deeper, and let your hips gradually open over time.

Remember: flexibility isn't a requirement for yoga.
Consistency is.
