K.I.D.S. Family Outing at the Lowell Spinners Game. Micky Ward attended the event for Micky Ward night at the ball park. K.I.D.S. athletes participated in the high five tunnel welcoming Spinners onto the field. Play Ball⚾️

A great season ending to K.I.D.S. Track & Field Program with Coach Mary and volunteers. Everyone did a great job with a “never give up” attitude. The athletes were awarded medals and a sweet treat from Dylan and Pete’s Ice Cream Truck! 🏃🏻🏃‍♀️🏅🍦

Our Heroes🚒👨🏻‍🚒🔥👏❤️ Thank you for your support, friendship and this awesome community connection❤️

We are continuously blown away by the support we receive each and every year, raising funds for our friends at Kids In Disability Sports, Inc. We surpassed our $17,000 goal and came in 5th out of 90 teams in fundraising!

This year, we split our efforts to help our brother firefighter, Nick Spinale, who is continuing his recovery from a significant injury sustained earlier this year.

This year we played in honor of 2 people who were taken too early. Chelmsford Firefighter, teammate, and father to 2 of our players, John Robinson. John fought a battle with ALS, and passed away in March of this year. His jersey was with us and we wore memorial decals in his honor. Jenny Dillon, of Kids Inc, passed away the week of the tournament, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Our fundraising dinner in May was an amazing evening. The Princeton Station were great hosts. Many families and local business donated to the cause, and we raffled off some amazing items. Thank you!

K.I.D.S. is pleased to announce the appointment of Ana Agrela Silva to our Board of Directors. Ana is a current volunteer with the organization, actively contributing to several sports programs. She has been employed at Lowell Five Bank since 1999 and currently holds the position of Manager of the Customer Service Center. Volunteering is an essential part of her identity, offering a means of giving back, personal growth, connection, and fulfillment. A fun fact about Ana is that she will eagerly dress up in any costume provided and excel in her role. Ana is looking forward to serving on the board and providing support wherever needed. Welcome Ana❤️

K.I.D.S. board member Denise Mercier along with K.l.D.S. members, Christina, Andrew and Andrea were presented a $500 check from Tyler Lagasse, representing the Doug Flutie Jr.
Foundation. Tyler, a former member and Special Olympian, nominated K.I.D.S. for a STARS Golf Tour Autism Giveback Grant. Thank you Tyler for your continued support to the organization and to the Doug Flutie, Jr. Foundation❤️

K.I.D.S. 📣 is cheering on the Chelmsford Firefighters Hockey Club 🚒🥅🏒 as they participate in the BFit Heroes Cup Hockey Tournament, raising funds for K.I.D.S. and injured firefighter Nick Spinale. They won 2 out of 3 games 🔥Playoff game Sunday at 9:50 am. Great job guys, and thank you for your continued support! ❤️
