Community wood-fired sauna + cold plunge sessions at Indigo Ridge Lavender Farm have been so dreamy but yesterday we treated the crew Isthmus Wellness | Madison Acupuncture Clinic & Massage Therapy to a private session. They also got to do some bath bomb making and sound healing 💦 🪻
