*Perfect for all levels and anyone new to yoga or Reiki

*We will start with an angel card pick to set our intention and Crystals to enhance our practice.

*Relaxing, harmonious, ocean, and nature music will be played throughout the workshop.

*Gentle Coastal Flow: Slower, purposeful movements to release tension and increase flexibility.

*Guided Meditation: to help you sink into the moment and connect.

*Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction, and relaxation that also promotes healing*

Reiki can be done with hands on light touch or hands hovering over the body.

*Closing Circle: Discuss and share intuitive messages from Angel cards, and Reiki experience.

This sound bath is meant to take you on a meditative sound journey using quartz crystal singing bowls and other various instruments. These healing sounds help us to release stress, anxiety, emotional blockages, and tension we may be holding within our energetic and physical bodies through their vibrational frequencies. You will leave restored with a deep sense of peace and relaxation. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time of the meditation to allow time for parking and check-in.
Some optional extra comfort items you may want to bring if you are joining this event:
1. A yoga mat.
2. A blanket and pillow.
3. Water
4. An eye mask, (optional), if you want to block out all light.
5. Any crystals or special relics to charge and meditate with.
6. Dress comfortably so you can fully relax! DM Michele if you have any questions
