✨ Faces of Studio E: Wendy Weber ✨
Wendy is one of our 6 a.m. girls, and we love having her start the day with us! From feeling nervous at her first class to becoming completely “addicted,” Wendy shares why she keeps coming back. 🤍
How did you feel during your first class?
I was excited but definitely a little nervous. I wasn’t sure what to expect or if I would be able to keep up. During class, I quickly realized it was challenging in the best way. Afterward, I felt accomplished, energized, and knew I was hooked.
What surprised you most?
How much strength and control Pilates requires. The movements can look simple, but they are definitely not easy! “Up one, down one” and “pulses” sound simple… but they are not!
What would you tell someone nervous to try Reformer?
Just try it! Everyone has a first class, and the instructors do a great job of making you feel comfortable. It’s okay to not know what you’re doing at first—the more you go, the more comfortable you become.
What changes have you noticed?
I’ve noticed improvements in my strength and flexibility. I feel stronger overall and more aware of my posture and how I move throughout the day.
What accomplishment are you proud of?
I’m proud of how much stronger I’ve become. Exercises that felt impossible at the beginning now feel manageable, and it’s rewarding to see progress.
Favorite exercise?
Flying lunges! I also have a love-hate relationship with side bends. The stretch feels so good, but the core burn is real!
How often do you take class?
I’m a 6 a.m. gal—typically two classes each week.
What keeps you coming back?
The instructors! The welcoming environment, awesome playlists, and the way every class is different. It’s the best start to the day!
Finish the sentence: “Studio E is ______.”
Addicting. 😉
We love having you in the Studio E family, Wendy! 🤍
