But progress usually starts much smaller than that.

A few minutes of breathing.
A couple intentional movements.
A short walk.

Movement doesn’t have to be perfect to be beneficial. Starting somewhere is often the most important step.

When your ribs pop up during movement, it’s a sign your deep core could use some extra love. This exercise helps train your body to keep everything connected and stable while your arms and legs move independently — building the foundation your body needs.
Over time, you may notice better posture, improved coordination, and a happier lower back. 💙
💡 Pro tip: Less range of motion = more stability. More range = more challenge. But always keep those ribs DOWN!
