The benefits of breastfeeding don’t stop with baby.

Research has linked breastfeeding with long-term health benefits for mothers, including a lower risk of breast cancer.

That’s one more reason why supporting a mom’s decision to breastfeed matters at home, in healthcare, and in the workplace.

Supporting breastfeeding means supporting maternal health.

Needing to pump isn’t an inconvenience. Asking for what you need isn’t being difficult. And taking care of yourself and your baby isn’t something that requires an apology.

Still, so many working moms feel pressure to minimize their needs once they return to work.
Consider this your reminder that you don’t have to. 🤎

Breastfeeding is about so much more than feeding.

Research has associated breastfeeding with lower risks of several illnesses and health conditions for babies, including gastrointestinal infections, middle-ear infections, SIDS, and obesity later in life.

Every breastfeeding journey looks different, and every family gets to decide what works for them. For moms who choose to breastfeed, having the support to continue is crucial.

Pumping shouldn’t be complicated. Your scrubs shouldn’t make it harder.
