Facial balancing with Dr.Saluja

Our beautiful bride-to-be wanted to be camera-ready for her engagement photos in Paris. Fun!

An upper blepharoplasty should not change your natural eye shape when performed by an experienced surgeon. Result goals = natural + refreshed.

Immediately after surgery, your eyes may look different due to:
• Swelling
• Bruising
• Temporary tightness

Recovery Timeline:
• First week: Mild to significant swelling and bruising peaking day 3 and fading to minimal day 6-10
• Around 7 days: Sutures are removed, and many patients feel comfortable being seen socially with light makeup or sunglasses.
• 2–4 weeks: Majority of swelling and bruising has resolved.
• 6–8 weeks: The majority of healing is complete.
• 3–6 months: Final refinement of scars and results.

When can you return to normal activities?

• Desk work: Often within 3-7 days
• Social events: Usually 10–14 days (*red carpet/lifetime events 4-6 weeks)
