I have been sharing this for nearly 4 decades now. There is much more metaphysical awareness it seems than when I began but also there is so much more discordant energy about making self care so vital, especially when there is so much chaos around us. I keep sharing these sessions and blends and insights because it ois a small way of doing good on this earth for me. Having a soulful connection with myself keeps me in a space of peace and compassion through Love.

This Chakra series is one that I have shared for decades. Each session although focused on the same theme varies a bit and evolves through the years of devotion. Being present in this space of time will give ourselves a chance to deepen our soulful connection with these energy centers with the “feelings” that will evolve through utilizing blends with each specific center. Scent as a Spiritual resonance guides us with a pathway within. Most of you who connect with me through Nature’s Spirit are already refraining from artificial scents & synthetic fragrances. But, I have to always remind people about this. Scent is one I adore when its from the aromatic plant world but the chemicals of the modern

day synthetics are a health concern for me. I welcome you to bring a friend as long’s they understand this too. Actually the only way to get to one of my events is if you know me or you are referred. The classes are at my private residence. The space accommodates 5 with ease. It is imperative to contact me to go over details and register beforehand. Each chakra corresponds to an energy that is exhibited through a color, a scent, a sound, a crystal and a specific area of the human domain. The Seven Principle Rays of the Chakra energies are enhanced with the application of specific blends that I have formulated to assist with the functioning and healing of these various body centers; organs that exist there and the emotions that correspond. Through the understanding of how our emotions, mind and spirit may become attuned and re-attuned brings acceptance, allowing joy & fostering wellness. We will have a brief meditations/visualizations throughout the time as we go through the chakra/ body centers with the Nature’s Spirit formulations. Each chakra has its own blend ; We will speak about the meanings/feelings that each energy center brings forth & elaborate with ideas of deeper connections Chakra is a Sanskrit word which translates as wheel. This wheel is an energy center which should be in motion; as a physical wheel is, traveling on journeys. Like so, as we move in a variety of fashions in our daily lives there is perpetual change. We constantly develop and expand in our awareness by allowing these inner spaces to open to the cosmic consciousness that surrounds us. I feel there is an astral angelic presence that surround our body and shields us and also allows our distinctive energies to be singular yet merge. What may seem to be invisible often holds the greatest power. The unseen is felt with a great intensity. Perhaps due to the fact that we as Spiritual beings in human form are able to tune in to the seemingly mysterious forces as we gain greater insight and knowledge of ourselves. Literally I have been in the company of hundreds of Dragonflies in this new “habitat” I create on a daily basis. Ever since I moved here I have been planting nearly daily. A few weeks back I ordered a boxful of native pollinator plants and almost immediately the Dragonflies came & have stayed. I realize that one of my Soul purposes is to create a space not only for my peace & wellness but also to have a space for the native inhabitants may be free from poisons that pollute so much of the land and water. On a biological level I realize how vital it is to do whatever part I may to keep the balance with nature and Spirit.

On a magical and metaphysical level I am totally in awe of the abundance of Spirit I feel from all these wondrous winged creatures. Through the years I have been blessed by the presence of these delightful beings flying around, sipping nectar and keeping an energy evoking mystery and magnificence.

Totems come in various forms. In Native American traditional culture culture one has a Spirit Animal or a few that guide, appearing as a sign ;a symbol locally bringing a message. Spirit guides, Guardian Angels, Benevolent Beings & Shimmering Vibrational energies are all about. Having a totem may be more of Spirit than a physical reality, yet the manifestation of the visual is aways an incredible insight to me. Spirit Guides come to us in various ways. Like Guardian Angels, our Spirit guides are usually unseen by human eyes and unrecognized by many because of the enigmatic presence they hold. Most religions embrace some form of Divine presence. Being brought up Catholic I was reminded that I had a Guardian Angel watching over me, assisting with my conscience with the inner voice guiding my choices and directing my activities.
Perhaps because I also have Native American blood coursing through my veins I have some Ancestral wisdom in my DNA. I consider the presence of plants and animals as guiding presences on this Earthly plane. For decades now I have been aware of how the Animal totems play a part in choices of how one will behave in different circumstances. I believe we have Totem Spirit guides that may be constantly with us or pop in for a visit when we need their help with intuitive decision making. Oh, some may find this silly, if so then consider symbology perhaps like dream interpretation with Jungian philosophy.
Aromatics are my life. Just like water and air I need the presence of Nature to fill me up with the scents they evoke for Body, Mind, Soul and Spirit. Some years ago I decided to create synergistic aromatic formulations to connect on a deeper level with many of the Animal Totems that I am familiar with. Native American Wisdom inspires these synergies of sacred botanicals. With my inner guidance and intuitive senses I have created these versions of Sacred totems to honor the Spirit within.

When we inhale an aromatic essence we open up parts of our self that may seem to be hidden in daily activities. When we truly allow a vibrational scent to speak to us through its aroma we smell/feel/hear with our inner intuitive self. We go beyond the separate senses, allowing all of our senses to intermingle, creating a sacred self space within ourselves where we can bring our thoughts allow the essences to portray a sort of dreamscape; a portal into the unseen magical world.

A totem may be the Animal Spirit guide. Reflecting on the qualities that these beings hold, the messages that they bring and the wisdom that they impart will determine which plant oils are in alignment with these frequencies. I think of the type of guidance the Spirit totem brings. With these thought in mind a selection of botanicals blended will carry some of the wisdom through the olfactory communication it shares depending on how we perceive the information. Animism is the belief that all creatures, some objects and even places distinct spiritual soulful essence. Guides come in the form of plant and animal spirits assisting us here on this Earthly journey.
One may have an Animal Spirit Totem that is within the psyche. It is not necessary to choose an Animal that you actually see with physical eyes. Some of us have those and some do not. Some people connect on just the Spirit side without actually encountering the guides in a physical realm. The Totem blends I create are for the imagery and symbology they evoke which expresses Divine Love.

Indigenous People have had a connection with animals and their Spirit energies since the beginning of human time. Animals have been a part of Creation tales, family tales and personal stories showing reverence and respect for the spirit within them. Each animal carries history with many significant meanings.
When we link a scent and associate an intuitive feeling we open up subconscious wisdom. Depending on how one believes will determine how deep the association goes. An essence will contour up mental images, emotional responses, even past life recollections perhaps.
Gentle guidance aromatically exudes from of these beautiful plant oils. I feel the communication with heartfelt intentionalism. It is sort of like translating imagery into olfactory perception. Experiencing the feelings of aromatic mixtures increases intuitive and soulful Spiritual awareness. As some might paint images, or create sound through music I orchestrate with the blending of plant vibrations.
Aromatic plant oils are amazing in so many ways. The quintessential magic bequeathed to us from the essential oils, absolutes, CO2 extractions, hydrosols and herbs hold links to the unseen energies that surround us. The vibrational frequencies which envelop us with these pure essences open up a flow of wisdom. It is during times of meditation, visualization, trance, sleep and prayer that we usually witness the presence of our “Spirit” guides.

HYDROSOLS/ HYDROLATS All the Hydrosols I {Nature’s Spirit Distinctive Aromatherapy} offer are ethically produced, organic, eco-cultivated or wildcrafted from around the globe. Their gentleness makes them an excellent way to tone, hydrate, and rebalance the pH of the skin. They have antibacterial and antiviral actions.Hydrosols can disinfect sensitive and damaged skin without the harshness of detergents or alcohol-based lotions.

Aromatic Hydrosols are valuable in their own right.They are produced during the steam distillation process.
