An honor to support my big sister, my midwife, my birth justice mentor Jamarah Amani for TEDxOvertown X Southern Birth Justice Network last night! I’ll be sharing a tiny clip via reels later, but lemme just remind y’all that Jamarah ain’t new to dis- she true to dis!!!

When you really been in the streets of service catching babies, raising babies, and digging through archives to teach da babies with ya midwife and her midwife and y’all organizing Flawda and co-building the birth worker infrastructure for the next generation.
