Starting Thursday, May 28, come try our newest classes:

🔥 LBG (Legs, Butts & Guts) — Tuesdays at 7:30 AM
A fun, focused strength and sculpt class designed to wake up your body and fire up your muscles.

🧘‍♀️ Pilates — Fridays at 7:30 AM
Build core strength, improve posture, and move with more control and balance.

💦 SWEAT (Hot Yoga) — Wednesdays at 5:45 PM
Turn up the heat with an energizing hot yoga flow guaranteed to leave you feeling strong and refreshed.

🌙 Gentle-ish — Thursdays at 5:30 PM
A softer, slower-paced class perfect for stretching, resetting, and easing into your evening.

Still smiling after an incredible visit with Bryan Kest at Bend Yoga 🙌

Not one… but TWO amazing classes filled with honesty, laughter, sweat, good people, and really powerful energy.

Honestly, how lucky are we to have a legend like Bryan come through Milford and share his practice with our community?

These are the kinds of nights that remind us what yoga is really about… connection, community, showing up as you are, and maybe struggling through a few long holds together 😅

Thank you for bringing your wisdom, humor, and realness to our space. And thank you to everyone who came out and made it such a special night. ❤️

This isn’t your typical yoga class. Long, Slow, Deep (L*D) is a powerful and transformative experience designed to take you beyond the surface—without a single Sun Salutation or Standing Series in sight. Instead, Bryan guides you through an intentional, floor-based journey that invites deep release in your hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and beyond.

🔥 Expect intensity—but not in the way you’re used to. This class challenges your mind far more than your muscles, asking you to slow down, stay present, and breathe through discomfort. It’s unlike anything else on the yoga schedule.
