If you're not familiar with the test, HYROX is where endurance meets strength. 💥 Each race combines 8 x 1km runs with 8 functional workout stations, creating the ultimate test of fitness. From sled pushes and rowing to burpees and wall balls, every station challenges your body in a new way.
