What a way to close out the summer at Walnut Beach!

The Rum Runners brought the energy for our final Rockin’ the Beach concert of the season!
It was also an extra special day as the Devon Rotary celebrated the 20th anniversary of the Walnut Beach Pavilion—a community landmark they helped bring to life and have proudly cared for and maintained for the past two decades.
Thank you to the Rum Runners for an incredible, high-energy show, and to everyone who came out to sing, dance, and spend one more summer Sunday with us at Walnut Beach.
Here’s to 20 years of community, music, and memories—and many more to come!

🚗 PARKING AT THE LOBSTER ROLL FESTIVAL 🦞
Parking is available in designated areas at Walnut Beach, along nearby streets and at Silver Sands State Park—just a short walk to the festival along the scenic boardwalk. VIP and handicap-accessible parking will also be available in designated areas.
If parking on the street, please be considerate of our neighbors and do not block driveways, intersections or access to side streets.

Follow posted signs and parking attendants; carpool when possible.

From funk and soul to classic rock, modern hits, and everything in between, this year’s lineup is bringing a full day of live music to Walnut Beach.

Get ready to FUNK up the beach! DBB Alumni brings together founding members of Connecticut’s legendary Deep Banana Blackout — a band that grew from a love of classic funk, soul and R&B into a powerhouse of the East Coast jam scene.
With roots going back to 1995, their high-energy sound has taken them to Gathering of the Vibes and the Newport Jazz Festival, on tour with the Allman Brothers Band, and even onto the stage with the Godfather of Soul himself, James Brown.
