Thereโ€™s something different about doing health together.

What started as a simple workout with a friend at Lifetime turned into one of those reminders of what wellness is really about. She introduced me to a few other women, and before long we were laughing, lifting, sweating, and enjoying the experience together. That kind of connection changes everything.

It reminded me that health was never meant to be a solo journey.

Yes, movement matters. But you cannot out-exercise poor nutrition. Research consistently shows that about 70โ€“80% of your results come from what youโ€™re putting into your body. You can work hard and still feel stuck if your nutrition is not aligned.

Thatโ€™s why Iโ€™m excited about whatโ€™s happening right now. A group of women I met at a retreat last week are starting a 7 Day Sugar Cleanse together.
