Vocational Innovations Service individuals with developmental disabilities in LA and Orange County Job coaches work directly with person served to implement the individual’s ISP.

Our mission is to enhance the lives of people with developmental disabilities by providing them with individualized support, opportunities for growth, and access to all the benefits of their community. We are dedicated to providing meaningful and respectful person-centered programming to empower people to expand their relationships and contribute to society. Via person centered tools and individua

lized behavior assessments, we work towards creating a meaningful plan that helps each person reach their personal goals and potential. Our job coaches and staff work with individuals in three different levels of support 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3, staff to person served ratios. The ultimate goal is to reduce maladaptive behaviors and develop skills that will allow for the transition to a less restrictive setting and ultimately create meaningful relationships, including obtaining paid employment.
