National CPR Week is June 1-7. Most people who experience cardiac arrest at home, work, or a public location die because they don't receive immediate CPR from someone on the scene. This video: youtube.com/watch?v=UxEfQJP3MQk from American Heart Association shows the proper way to administer hands-only CPR. If you see a teen or adult suddenly collapse, call 911 and push hard and fast in the center of the chest and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) anytime one is available.
