A few words that may change the way you see things.

Here are some of the reflections I often share with my clients and in my blogs that have helped them meet what they’re going through in a softer way.

What’s one small win you’re proud of this week?
Share it in the comments below so we can celebrate it with you.

Growth isn't built only through big milestones. It's built through the small wins you make every day.

When you take time to celebrate your small wins, you strengthen self-trust. You teach yourself to recognize progress instead of only focusing on shortcomings. Over time, this can help build confidence, motivation, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

So know your small wins matter. They are evidence that you're learning, growing, and moving forward, even when it doesn't feel dramatic.

So much of our stress comes from trying to meet impossible standards we were never meant to hold. But real growth is built through understanding, patience, and the willingness to meet yourself with kindness even in the messy moments.

Self-compassion is about creating a healthier internal space where change can actually feel safe, sustainable, and real.

You’re not here to be perfect. You’re here to be human, and still keep growing.

Forest bathing is more than just spending time outdoors, it’s a science-backed practice that supports both mental and physical well-being.

Research shows that being in natural environments can help lower stress levels, support emotional regulation, and bring the nervous system into a more balanced state. It’s also been linked to improved immune function, healthier heart rate and blood pressure, and reduced mental fatigue.

In a world that often feels fast and overstimulating, nature offers a simple but powerful way to slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

Healing happens the moment you choose to forgive yourself.

In an EFT tapping session, my client shared how deeply overwhelmed she felt after breaking her leg, worried about limitations, frustrated with her situation, and turning that frustration inward. As we gently worked through what she was feeling, something powerful surfaced: the realization that she could actually forgive herself.

Sometimes we don’t need more pressure. We need more permission to be kind to ourselves.

The under nose point is closely connected to feelings of emotional overwhelm, self-consciousness, and that inner tension that can show up when you’re trying to hold everything together. It’s often where discomfort and emotional pressure become more noticeable in the body.

Think of it as the point where you begin to soften what you’re holding in, helping your system feel more supported so you can gently release emotional intensity and come back into a sense of balance.

In this post, I’m breaking down:
✨ Where it is located
✨ What it helps with
✨ Why it’s a key part of the tapping sequence

Hi! I'm Gregg and I am a life coach

I help people navigate different concerns mainly overwhelm, self-doubt, anxiety, and disconnection from themselves by creating a safe space for them to be their full self. My work weaves together forest bathing, life coaching, and EFT tapping to support emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and deeper self-understanding.

At the heart of it all is the belief that you don’t have to navigate your healing alone, and that support can feel safe, human, and deeply supportive as you grow into who you’re becoming.

Not feeling immediate results with EFT tapping is actually more common than people think.

Healing work, especially when it involves the nervous system, doesn’t always create instant shifts. Sometimes the process is more subtle, unfolding gradually as your system learns how to feel safe, process emotions, and release what it has been holding onto over time.

EFT tapping is not meant to be a quick fix. It’s a practice of gently supporting your emotional world, one layer at a time, while building greater awareness and capacity within yourself.

What matters most is not how fast things change, but how consistently you show up for your inner experience with patience, presence, and care. Over time, these small moments of support can lead to deeper and more sustainable shifts.

This is your reminder to be kind to yourself because your body listens to the way you speak to yourself.

The way you talk to yourself doesn’t just stay in your mind. It shapes how your body feels and responds throughout the day. When your inner dialogue is harsh or critical, your nervous system can register that as stress, tension, or emotional pressure. Over time, this can affect how grounded, safe, or at ease you feel within yourself.

On the other hand, when you begin to speak to yourself with more kindness and understanding, your body starts to respond differently too. There’s often more softness, more presence, and more space to breathe emotionally.

This is why self-talk is such a powerful part of emotional healing. It’s not just about mindset, but about creating a more supportive internal environment for your whole system.

Small moments in nature can have a powerful impact on how you feel mentally, emotionally, and physically.

You don’t always need a long hike or a big trip to reconnect with the natural world. Even simple things can help your nervous system soften and your mind slow down.

Nature has a grounding effect that brings you back into the present moment. It creates space from overthinking, supports emotional regulation, and gently reminds your body what safety and ease can feel like again.
