Today I am still trying to soak up all the wonderful pieces of yesterday’s wellness event in my home. I am so grateful for the opportunity to welcome so many lovely ladies. I am in awe of what God is doing through women who are seeking to learn more about practical holistic tools to add to their daily routine as well as amazing practitioners eager to love on them with their skills and talents. I have learned our stories are not our own and neither are our skills. We were created to do more than we can imagine for the kingdom of God. (Bonus son’s talented friend on the piano is for hire) We are overjoyed with anticipation for what God has next for this precious group. Stay tuned for September.

The Greenhouse Wellness Brunch is officially FULL!
My heart is overflowing with gratitude for the response. God is clearly stirring a hunger for community, connection, and whole‑person wellness.
This gathering was born out of so many conversations with clients and fellow wellness professionals who longed to find others who share a heart for holistic living. Jesus is building something beautiful here.
If you didn’t get a spot, don’t worry—this is just the beginning. Our next seasonal wellness gathering will be announced soon for late summer or early fall. New topic, new hands‑on experience, same heart for community and Christ‑centered wellness.

This Greenhouse Wellness Event didn’t come together on its own — it was born out of friendship, encouragement, and the example of two women who live out holistic wellness with such grace and intention.

I want to honor Thea and Yulonda, who have been a huge part of inspiring this gathering.
These two women embody what it looks like to pursue health in a way that is real, sustainable, faith‑centered, and woven into everyday life. They show up for their families, work hard, steward their bodies well, and make space for the practices that keep them grounded — spiritually, emotionally, and physically.

Their encouragement, ideas, and support helped bring this event to life.

Their example reminds me that wellness isn’t about perfection — it’s about living intentionally, honoring the bodies God gave us, and taking small steps that add up over time.

I’m so grateful for friends who:
• live out their faith boldly
• prioritize family and community
• work hard and serve others
• practice holistic wellness in the midst of busy lives
• cheer on the people around them

One of my favorite things about being in this wellness space is connecting and gleaning from other like-minded mommas and professionals. Ran to the Wilco Wellness Festival yesterday with a fellow ALT friend. Met so many wonderful people eager to provide their best wellness skills and services to help you in every walk of life. I am a life long learner always eager to connect with other like minded wellness professionals to glean from their knowledge and expertise. Had a blast.

I love my garden greenhouse. So excited to prepare and learn how to grow organic edible flowers, and herbs to share with my guests. Watching these plants grow from seeds and little seedlings is so healing and therapeutic. Hope you can join the wellness event.
