Therapy and life coaching can both help you move forward, but they support you in different ways.

You might be trying to heal from something that continues to affect how you feel and function. Or you may feel ready to set goals, make changes and create more momentum in your life. Sometimes, the distinction is clear. Other times, it can be difficult to know which kind of support fits what you’re experiencing.

Our quick quiz can help you better understand what you may need right now. Take it at the link in our bio.

Coaching can help you clarify the goal and identify your next step, but the real change happens in what you do between sessions. Try something. Notice what works. Adjust what doesn’t. Small, intentional actions can create meaningful change faster than you might expect.

When your child needs more support, figuring out what kind can feel like its own full-time job.

Join therapist, Hannah Schonewill on Wednesday, as she’s joined by special guest Cole Szabo, a certified Parent Coach, trained ADHD coach, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor, and Therapeutic Consultant with EduPlanners.

Cole will talk through the kinds of questions families often face when current support no longer feels like enough, from school and therapeutic options to boundaries, family dynamics, and knowing when it may be time to consider a different level of care.

He’ll also be answering your questions, so come curious and bring whatever you’ve been trying to make sense of.

What does it really mean to know another person?

Join Caroline Culver for a thoughtful book club exploring How to Know a Person by David Brooks, a book about the art of seeing people more clearly, listening more deeply, and building more meaningful relationships.

Through guided discussion and reflection, we’ll explore what helps us feel understood, what gets in the way of real connection, and how we can become more present with the people in our lives.

You don’t need to be an avid reader or have all the answers. Come curious, come open, and come ready for a good conversation.

Caregiving a neurodivergent child can bring questions that do not always have simple answers. How do you stay connected while setting boundaries? How do you navigate difficult conversations? And how do you support resilience without overlooking what your child is really experiencing?

In our next group, therapist Hannah Schonewill will be joined by special guest speaker Cole Szabo, a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor, certified Parent Coach, trained ADHD coach, and Therapeutic Consultant with EduPlanners.

Cole works with individuals and families at the intersection of ADHD, mental health, addiction, and family relationships. Through EduPlanners, he also helps families navigate educational and therapeutic options tailored to a child’s individual academic, emotional, and behavioral needs.

Join us for a thoughtful, practical conversation and a chance to connect with other caregivers who understand the complexities of supporting a neurodivergent child. Save your spot at TheHappyHourNash.com/events or the link in bio.
