For this week’s Sunday Table, we have the perfect protein-packed smoothie to keep you cool as the temps start to climb—plus, it’s got plenty of greens to support your body’s natural detox systems.
Protein & Greens Smoothie
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 date
1 cup coconut water
Pinch of salt
1 scoop Sakara Protein & Greens Super Powder
2 cups packed spinach leaves
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Optional: Spread coconut cream or your favorite yogurt on the inside of the cup and then sprinkle greens powder (like spirulina or chlorella powder) on the cream. Pour the smoothie into the cup and enjoy!
