Blessings LivFit family, by God's grace I am excited to share that LivFit 413 LLC is turning 7 on June 28th!!!!
I am so grateful to the Lord for his faithfulness with my fitness ministry and the family we have developed.

To celebrate, you know me, it's time to jam!
