Destiny Helpers Psychiatric Associates LLC Our mission “is to listen to people's mental health challenges and provide empowerment resources! I am currently in the process of obtaining my doctoral degree.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with licenses in Virginia and North Carolina. As a PMHNP, I strive to provide my patient's resources and treatment to empower them to achieve their life goals and to overcome psychiatric and mental health challenges. My career started as a community mental health nurse in Ghana where I worked for 6 years in a community outreach program for children. I moved on to complete my BSN degree at ODU and earned my master’s degree as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Walden University. I have a wide range of knowledge in the health field with over 20yrs experience and have worked in several departments including, ICU, community outreach, inpatient behavioral psychiatric unit, detox centers, outpatient psychiatric offices, and Veterans Affairs medical center in Hampton.
