Did you guess correctly? Dried fruit can get stuck on your teeth for longer, causing more risk for cavities. Stick to fresh fruits & veggies as much as possible, leaving dried fruits as a once-in-a-while treat! 🦷🐝💛

Airway 101: did you know that your child’s posture during screen time can affect their breathing? Looking down at a screen can make it harder for them to breathe through their nose. Try to keep screens at eye level to encourage better breathing habits!

Next up in Airway 101: Nasal Passage Clearing. This simple process can make a huge difference in helping your child breathe through their nose at night. Simply have them blow their nose (or suction for them), use nasal spray, wait several seconds, then have them blow (or suction) again. Follow along for more easy tips to healthier kids! 💛🐝🦷
