Strength training in your 20s & 30s is like investing in your 401(k). If you start early, you will be able to live comfortably and confidently in your older years.
You’re not just training for the body you have today, you’re investing in the body you want to have 40, 50, 60 years from now.
The goal is to build a foundation when you’re young that allows you to keep moving, lifting, playing, having freedom and living confidently through your entire life.
We naturally lose muscle as we age. If we don’t take action to prevent that decline, we’ll see the consequences earlier in life.
… feeling more tired
… lacking self confidence
… gaining weight and not knowing why
Strength training supports bone density, muscle mass, physical strength and resilience, balance, and metabolism.
It reduces fracture risk.
It enhances mental health.
It supports hormonal health.
Essentially, it does it all. It’s proven, the science is out there.
So… if you’re not strength training right now, what’s getting in the way?
We say this because we care, and we want to help. 🫶🏻
Don’t worry if you haven’t started yet, it’s never too late. Now is the best time for you. Meet yourself where you are and build strength that lasts.
