Should you be doing more pushing or pulling exercises?

Pulling. Why? Because they strengthen the entire posterior chain improving posture and stability.

🧑‍🧒 Nicole & Heather brought their kids as special guests to join the 4:30pm group
✨ Strong after 65 group working on hip internal & external rotation using
💪 Shawn brought his dad to join the 7am Men’s group
💨 5:30am group pushed each other on cardio intervals and showed excellent rowing form
👯‍♀️ Emily & Mia: accidentally matching with your gym bestie makes the workout even better!

The final results are in… As we finished a deep clean of the gym today we looked at the total distance we’ve put on the rowers and assault bikes.

5,752,052 meters on the rowers = 3,595 miles! Looks like we could row to Paris! 🇫🇷🚣🤣

16,936.6 miles on the (two) bikes! That’s like biking to and from Alaska TWICE! 🚴🗻

There’s some motivation for your next cardio session… think about where you‘ll row/bike to!
