My goal is to assist you in obtaining an improved quality of life through natural healing techniques such as herbal and vitamin recommendations, energy, and emotional work. My training includes Western Herbalism and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practices, emotional release, and am also certified in Rei

ki. Herbal Assessment and Consultation
TCM started in China more than 2,000 years ago. It is believed that health is maintained by ensuring balance in the body and beyond. The life force thought to animate the body is Qi, which flows through meridians throughout your body and is divided into Yin and Yang. Yin and Yang seeks to find balance through the five elements; wood, fire, earth, metal, water. An imbalance, or blockage of Yin and Yang in the body, is believed to cause disease. During an initial herbal assessment, we will seek to understand any imbalances you may have. We will spend about two hours discussing your complete medical history and current concerns. Next, I will conduct a visual assessment, and TCM tongue and pulse assessment. Once this is completed, I will have a better understanding of any imbalances within your body. I will use this information to make vitamin and herbal supplement recommendations the are custom for you. Pendulum Energy Healing
Using the pendulum to reduce mind chatter/calmer mind, and leading to enhanced health and wellness. Identifying emotional traumas and negative situations and using the pendulum to transform those energies into positive high vining energies - leading to better quality of life. Negative emotions can result in immune depression and even accelerate the aging process. They can also result in “trapped emotions”, or emotional energies that are left behind after an emotionally-charged event. These trapped emotions can cause underlying causes of illnesses that we suffer from.
