If you’re a part of Rockbrook Women’s Gym - you already know.

We are different.

We believe in quality over quantity. Membership is kept at a number where our members can key in 24/7 and get a workout in a clean, safe environment without battling the stress of having to wait for equipment or have people in every direction.

We are the only women’s gym in Omaha that has a full set of cardio equipment, strength equipment, classes, personal training and more. We have been serving our community for over 60 years, and for that, we are proud!

However, what sets us apart the most are our MEMBERS. It’s a group of like-minded, powerful women who have made the decision to focus on becoming the BEST version of themselves.

We are forever grateful for our community, and very excited for the future! We say it all the time - we are stronger TOGETHER! 💪🏻❤️🫶🏻

Let’s talk about this pic! led class this morning as I make a quick trip to Michigan. Battle rope. It’s a love/hate relationship. Okay … it’s a hate relationship 😅 BUT … she asked me to leave it in since I ALWAYS include battle rope! Then I get this kick ass pic!!!

Couldn’t love every member of this gym more than I already do.
