Hi! So I wanted to let you know that I have started to see primary care patients again!! I am located at Midlands Family Urgent Care at 5062 S 155th st in Omaha. Hey everyone……. Exciting news!!!!
I am starting primary care at our Millard clinic starting February 5th!!! You can call and make an appt starting this week/next week. During the month of February I will be in clinic doing primary care on Feb 5th, 12th, 16th, and 25th. In March my days will be Tuesdays.

The number to call is 402-810-9494. I will still be working in the urgent care three days a week as well!

I can not wait to see you all and get back into giving the care you all deserve!!

Update!!!! Corporation is finalized! Registered with tax number as well!! Met with CPA and bank today as well!! Lease has been finalized and appears to be ready to sign this next week!!!

Credentialing process will start soon…. I want to double check for what insurance companies you all want covered!!

I will also be posting the name of the practice shortly😁

Reviewing lease….LLC is in the hands of the State Secretary……in the mean time I will be working part time in urgent care starting Monday! This whole process is going well, but a little slow for me!!
