A little creativity, a lot of learning!

Our learners had fun putting together these colorful candy corn crafts while working on skills that can be used far beyond the craft table.

Simple activities like this can support fine motor development, visual attention, following multi-step directions, and staying engaged with a task. Handling small pieces of paper and using glue also gives learners a chance to practice coordination and controlled movements.

Crafts can also encourage independence and communication by giving children opportunities to make choices, request materials, ask for help, and complete steps on their own.
