It’s interesting how often Reiki finds its way back into people’s lives.

Someone will tell me they’ve been thinking about taking a training for years.

They looked into it once.
Forgot about it.
Saw something about it again.
Looked into it again.

And eventually they decide it’s time.

Usually they aren’t showing up with a clear plan for what comes next.

They’re simply curious.

They want to experience Reiki for themselves.
They want to understand what it is.
They want to see where it might lead.

And that’s enough.

A quiet realization that something no longer fits.

The way you’ve been loving.
The way you’ve been carrying it all.

There are seasons when we need a place to exhale, reconnect, and remember we’re not carrying everything alone.

And there are seasons that ask more of us.

A deeper conversation.
A bigger decision.
A different way of showing up for ourselves.

As this community has grown, the spaces I’ve created have grown too.

Not because the heart of the work has changed.

But because women do.
