At Building Blocks, we believe that every child has the ability to reach his or her optimal level of ability. It is our responsibility to create a learning environment using positive teaching methods that are tailored to meet each child’s unique needs. Building Blocks will only use up-to- date behavior interventions that are supported by scientific research in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

April was full of growth, learning, and creativity at our clinic 💙🌎

Our team participated in staff training to continue strengthening the quality of care we provide every day. We also celebrated Earth Day with fun, hands-on craft activities that encouraged creativity and environmental awareness! Now that’s what we like to call a Q1 Recap!

Our Q1 Staff Training took place during the month of April and we were excited to cover key reminders of the RBT Ethics Code and updates to the BACB certification initial and renewal process. We also had an insightful presentation by one of our lead RBTs Kristy and one of our Student Analysts Jameson, diving into important perspectives on ASD and ADHD. Keeping our team educated on today’s events and evolving research in our field of work allows us to be more vigilant in practice and how to best advocate for our clients!
Grateful for a team that’s committed to learning, growing, and providing the best support possible 💙
