It’s still , which means it’s still the perfect time to learn the warning signs of a stroke. ❤️

Acting FAST can make all the difference.

The B.E. F.A.S.T. method is a simple way to recognize the symptoms of a stroke and know when to seek emergency help:

B - BALANCE: Watch for sudden loss of balance or coordination.
E - EYES: Is there sudden vision loss or double vision?
F - FACE: Ask the person to smile. Does one side droop?
A - ARM: Ask them to raise both arms. Does one drift downward?
S - SPEECH: Is their speech slurred or strange?
T - TIME TO CALL 911: If you see any of these signs, call 911 immediately!

Recognizing these signs early can help save a life and improve recovery outcomes. ❤️‍🩹

Prevention is important too. Routine blood pressure checks and regular visits with your primary care provider can help identify stroke risk factors before they become serious.
