With the school year over, it’s important to start planning for your rising 7th and 12th graders!

Rising 7th graders are required to have both the Meningococcal (Meningitis) and Tdap (Tetanus) before the school year begins. Rising 12th graders are required to have their second dose of the Meningococcal vaccine before the school year begins.

The HPV vaccine is recommended, but not required for rising 7th graders.

Documentation will be provided to give to your child’s school.
