Here's something you might not know about menopause and metabolism 👇

When estrogen declines your body becomes more insulin resistant. That means carbohydrates affect you differently than they used to. It means the diet that worked in your 30s stops working in your 40s. And it means the scale can move in the wrong direction even when you're doing everything you've always done. 😫
