We’re excited to celebrate Anne Bohensky and her recent promotion at Thrive Therapy! 🎉

Here’s what she had to share about her journey with Thrive:

“This is my second year with Thrive! I started here as a BHT, providing direct care to some amazing kids.

In the last few months, I’ve moved into a different role and am now privileged to provide resources and support to the direct care team members.

I love baking and being out in nature, and I really enjoy coming to work each day, where I am fortunate to be working with a fantastic team.

Can’t wait to see what the future has in store for us together here at Thrive!”

For Mental Health Awareness Month, our Administrative Director Wendy shared that one of her favorite forms of self-care is prepping for the week ahead and keeping life organized. 📅✨

Sometimes self-care looks like face masks and bubble baths… and sometimes it looks like color-coded calendars, packed lunches, and finally answering that email you’ve been avoiding.

Creating routines, planning ahead, and giving yourself a little structure can make a big difference in reducing stress and helping the week feel more manageable. No matter what self-care looks like for you, it counts. 💚
