Had a body fat test in January ๐Ÿซ 
โ€ฆI wasnโ€™t thrilled.

Not because I hate the way I look -
I actually feel pretty good most of the time.

But my lean muscle has dropped a lot over the last 5 years
(all the injuries + inconsistency),
and thatโ€™s not where I want to be for my health.

So instead of what most people instinctively want to do (lose weight),
itโ€™s time to build. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

This is about getting stronger, rebuilding muscle,
and feeling solid in my body again.

If I feel better in a bikini?
Great - bonus. ๐Ÿ‘™๐Ÿซก

But thatโ€™s not the goal.

The goal is strength, health, and consistencyโ€ฆ
and then repeating it for months + months. ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป

โ€œDoing the challenge was just the kick I needed to really get serious about getting healthy again. Mary Jo and the other women are such amazing resources but also encouragers. Learning about why you fuel your body and then getting to see results was so amazing. I lost 10 lbs and feel SO good about myself but Iโ€™m also motivated to now continue this journey and truly be the best I can be.
