We’ll have a reduced class schedule from September 4–7, but we’re still here for you. Yoga Factory and Yoga Hive are open year-round, so you can always find us here for practice.

Life today moves fast. We’re constantly balancing work, responsibilities, notifications, expectations, and the pressure to keep up.

And somewhere along the way, stress can start to feel like a normal part of everyday life.

That’s why making time for your yoga practice matters. The mat gives you a place to slow down, breathe, release some of that tension, and reconnect with yourself.

From October 4–10, 2026, join us for seven days and six nights at Azul Hotel & Retreat in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, co-hosted with Andrea Kirkham of Sangha Center Yoga.
