One of the biggest misconceptions is that palliative care and hospice are the same, but they serve different purposes 💪

Palliative care provides an extra layer of support for people living with serious illnesses and can be received alongside ongoing treatments. Hospice care focuses on comfort during the final stages of life.

Understanding the difference can help patients and families make informed decisions and access the right care at the right time.
