Your health is the most important investment you'll ever make.
And no, I'm not saying that because I own a health and wellness store.
I'm saying it because I've lived through what it feels like to have your health suddenly feel uncertain.
I've been in that dark place where fear takes over. Where a diagnosis changes everything in an instant. Where your mind races with questions, uncertainty, and concern about what comes next. When you're faced with a serious health challenge, it becomes the one thing you think about. The one thing you wish you never had to face.
As a breast cancer survivor, I know what it's like to feel scared, uncertain, and desperate for answers. I know what it's like to need hope.
That's why Essential Wellness Solutions exists.
As a nurse, I've had the privilege of caring for people for many years. As a cancer survivor, I've experienced what it's like to be on the other side—to face uncertainty, ask difficult questions, and search for answers.
That experience taught me that people need more than appointments and test results. They need someone to listen, to educate, to encourage, and to help them navigate the uncertainty.
That realization became a passion, and that passion became Essential Wellness Solutions.
I wanted to create a place where people could find support, education, encouragement, and hope. A place where questions are welcomed, prevention is valued, and people feel empowered to take an active role in their health journey.
My goal isn't to promise miracles. My goal is to help people feel empowered. To help them understand their bodies. To help them uncover opportunities to support their health and identify opportunities to support wellness before problems become bigger challenges.
And for those who find themselves in that dark place, wondering where to turn next, I want you to know you're not alone.
There is hope.
There is light.
And I'll be here to help you navigate the journey.
