Men — this one's for you. 🙋‍♂️

Pelvic floor dysfunction in men is common, highly treatable, and too often ignored because nobody's talking about it.

Planks vs. crunches — which one actually trains your core?

The answer is both!

Depending on your needs, both planks and crunches are a great way to strengthen different parts of your core!

Crunches a best if you have a lot of lengthening of the abdominal wall such as after pregnancy or if you have diastase recti, when done under supervision under a physical therapist.

Planks work the full torso including the diaphragm, pelvic floor, abdominal muscles and even your shoulder muscles.
