Carson is awesome! The thing that sticks out to me is how seamlessly Carson has managed to fit in with our family dynamic. I know Tony and Shannon were hesitant, Tony about having someone here so much and Shannon because she had been attached to the BHP we were working with previously. Carson was able to connect with Shannon and build rapport far faster than I was expecting, and interacts with the whole family in a way that in just a couple months it felt like Carson had been working with us much longer. It must be challenging to navigate when to step in and when to just observe, but Carson makes it look so easy! I feel very fortunate that we get to work with them!
