Meet Kaity. 🙌

We spent the majority of last year and part of this year in a building phase. Fueling her body, adding strength, pushing her capacity. Eating as much clean, whole food as we could while staying lean. She hit 155 lbs at the top of that phase and she EARNED every pound of it.

Then we flipped the switch.

10 weeks later, she’s sitting at 144 lbs and heading to the beach feeling incredible!☀️

The secret? She never felt like she was dieting. Food stayed high. Training stayed intense, 3 days a week, nothing wasted.

She stayed consistent when it wasn’t exciting.
That’s the job. And she nailed it. 🏖️

But the number on the scale isn’t the whole story.
Caleb has one of the busiest schedules I’ve ever coached around. Most people would use that as an excuse.. he used it as a reason to get locked in.
