For our GLP-1 clients, we offer CMP and TSH lab testing for just $20. We recommend checking these labs at the start of therapy and again around the 3-month mark to help ensure your treatment is both safe and effective.

A CMP (Comprehensive Metabolic Panel) helps us monitor important markers like liver function, kidney function, electrolytes, and blood sugar levels. A TSH test evaluates thyroid function, which can play a major role in metabolism, energy, and weight management.

Routine lab monitoring allows us to better support your progress, identify any concerns early, and help you feel your best throughout your wellness journey.

Considering GLP-1s? Here Are Our Top Tips

• The first month is usually the hardest while your body adjusts
• The jump from 2.5 mg to 5 mg can feel intense because it’s the only time the dose doubles
• Protein matters. Many clients benefit from aiming for around 70g daily
• Hydration is HUGE. Try to aim for 2 to 3L of water daily
• Fiber + magnesium can help prevent constipation
• Eat slower and smaller portions than you think you need to avoid bloating and nausea
• Appetite changes from day to day are normal
• You may notice inches lost before the scale changes
• Progress is not always linear
