She had been telling me she hadn’t had a good bowel movement in a while… and then THIS update comes through:

“The last 3 days I’ve had fairly healthy bowel movements every morning. Yahoo!” 💩😂

Ahhh… the weird texts I get from clients. 😂

Honestly though, when your clients are excited enough about their p**p to send you an update, you know they’re feeling some changes! 😂🙌

Another wonderful zone healing session today.
One of my clients came to me after dealing with hip and pelvic pain she had for years. She was also experiencing stiffness in her hands and back, with her pain starting around a 7 or 8 out of 10. Over the past several weeks, She’s been coming in for weekly zone healing sessions, and today she shared some exciting news. She has no hip or pelvic pain anymore! Her hands are feeling great, and she only has a little stiffness left in her upper inner thigh. Her stiffness is a 1, or sometimes 2 out of 10.

Watching her improve little by little each week has been such a blessing. I’m glad she put her trust not only in me but her amazing body!
