I was meditating.
Thoughts were raising, ego in me was trying to control them. Control the thoughts, control the breath, control the quality of the present moment. But I let it.

I just sat there feeling everything arise. I just sat there and continued with the breath. Continue with my practice. Going back to basic and just counting each breath patiently. 🧘🏻‍♀️

All of the sudden nothing was there. I wasn’t there. There was a blank space. Then I heard:

“Jesus became ✨Light✨ to live in our Hearts ♥️. In each one of our Hearts 💕 “

I opened my eyes.
I was amazed of the beauty of the message.

There was no mention of crucifixion. No mention of death. No mention of sin. No mention of religion.
There was only Love.
It was beautiful.

A moment of surrender became a moment of Love.
I felt cherished.
It felt truth.

Continue your practice.
Go back to basics.
Meditate, pray, walk in nature.
The presence is there waiting to love you.

This morning I was meditating in the type of success I have experienced so far with my business and came across this quote.

It spoke to me deeply about the interaction I have with my clients and results we both experience after a session or class.

There are many types of success and there are times when we want to measure our whole success based only on the financial factors so, from time to time we have to remind ourselves of the reasons why we do what we do and what truly fulfills and feeds our soul because that is what creates the environment from where we grow and achieve other types of success for our business and personal lives and the more we have, the more we can offer to others.

The Universe has your back. Believe it! 🙌🏼
Even when you fight against yourself, the Universe finds a way to guide you back to the right path.

The other day, I was walking down the street and noticed my pants were on backward.

They looked identical from the front and back, so only I knew. Still, my mind immediately wandered into worst-case scenarios of people mocking me. Realizing I was judging myself, I stopped and asked myself: Does it even matter?

Moments later, a girl walking past me said, “Those pants are really, really cute.” 🥰

Right then, I knew. It doesn’t matter at all! The Universe sent me an instant confirmation. 🙌🏼

Soften up and ease up on yourself. The scary scenarios in your head are created by a small part of you ruled by fear and judgment. But the larger part of you knows your true beauty. 🪷

Listen to that larger self, it only speaks Truth and Love.

To assess a difficult situation in your life, sit quietly, take a deep breath, and ask yourself the following questions:

🔹Are my decisions making me feel free or imprisoned?
🔹Does this situation feel like a death or a rebirth?
🔹Do my choices make me feel expansive or limited?
🔹Does this feel healing or painful?

The pain you feel, whether emotional or mental, is the voice of your ego keeping you stuck in a place where you don’t belong. Meanwhile, your Soul provides a deep sense of inner peace, letting you know that things are coming together to benefit your life as you move forward. Learn to know and trust the voice of your Soul.✨

When the physical body is healing, inflammation and fever often occur because cells are mobilizing to support the recovery process. However, if you overthink the symptoms, you may confuse these signs of healing with signs of illness.

The opposite of freedom is imprisonment, and many people imprison themselves with habits of self-blame and self-punishment that keep them away from the healing that is happening.

Have 100% compassion for yourself as a human. It can be difficult to discern what is truly happening and where your Soul is leading you.

Show yourself patience and kindness. Close your eyes, acknowledge how your human self feels, and listen to the voice of your Soul. Let it guide you toward freedom, expansiveness, and healing.
