We are constantly offering free hands only classes for groups. Just recently Center for Spiritual Living, Redding took us up on this and we have a class on the calendar. Help us build a nation of life savers to teach everyone hands only/AED CPR ❤️

We visited Ella Langley EL HQ 💛 and her band on the Dandelion Tour to teach hands-only CPR, and even her pup, Crüe, wanted in on the action! Every minute matters during cardiac arrest and learning hands-only CPR can save a life!

If you see a teen or adult collapse, call 911 and push hard and fast in the center of the chest.

Saving lives looks good on this crew. ❤️
