Does that mean you should stop eating produce if you can't afford organic?

Absolutely not.

Eating fruits and vegetables is still one of the best things you can do for your health.

My advice:
โœ” Buy organic for the Dirty Dozen when it fits your budget.
โœ” Save money by purchasing conventional versions of the Clean Fifteen.
โœ” Wash all produce thoroughly.
โœ” Focus on progress, not perfection.

I didn't always have a morning routine.

I used to wake up already tired.

Before my feet hit the floor, my mind was racing through my to-do list. I would grab my phone, rush into the day, and wonder why I felt exhausted by noon.

My sleep wasn't restorative.
My energy was unpredictable.
My stress felt higher than it should.

What surprised me most was that the solution wasn't complicated.

A few minutes of morning light.
A few intentional breaths.
A little time before the demands of the day took over.

Those simple habits changed how I slept, how I handled stress, and how much energy I had throughout the day.

Sometimes the way you start your morning determines how you experience the rest of your day.

She's feeding more than 40 people, and the entire menu will be gluten-free, dairy-free, and seed oil-free.
