With 16 years of healthcare experience, including a decade dedicated to memory care, Alveta brings extensive knowledge, compassionate leadership, and a person-centered approach to Canterbury. Her philosophy centers on meeting each resident where they are, recognizing their individual strengths, and adapting support as their cognitive and functional needs evolve.

In her first three months at Canterbury, Alveta has already made a meaningful impact on residents living with dementia. Through individualized care planning and close collaboration with our interdisciplinary team and resident families, she helps foster the calm, connection, comfort, and meaningful daily experiences at the heart of Journeys.
