✨ BOKETTO AFTER HOURS: BREATHING FOR RELAXATION & RESTORATION, Vol. 2✨ UPDATE: SOLDOUT!!

Rest and ease are states we can achieve with the right tools—even when things are stressful, we can bring ourselves into greater states of ease. learn how to breathe for down-regulation of your nervous system.

In this hour long workshop, you will learn how to use your breath to get to your nervous system’s optimal baseline—as well as learn ways to return to said baseline, repeatedly.

Join us for an evening of deeply restorative hour of skilled rest.

This workshop will largely take place laying down, so be sure to bring a mat, any props you might need like pillows or bolsters, and a blanket to stay warm. Anything you need to be as comfortable as you need is welcome. Wear cozy clothing and arrive a bit early to set settled ahead of time.

MEET NICKY
Nicky Bienstock is a somatic breath & bodyworker with nearly 15 years of experience teaching people how to heal. They specialize in chronic pain, chronic illness, and trauma. Their educational background is in integrative neuroscience and they are additionally trained as a yoga teacher, restorative yoga teacher, and reiki master trainings.
