Geoff spent time this morning speaking to VCU DPT 3rd year students and answering questions regarding PT employment and the hiring process. It was great to see some familiar faces in former RPT aides Lauren and Kasey! Fun watching the professional growth of the great people we have work in the clinic!!!

🏃‍♀️ Gait training today with Meagan!

For those who don't know, gait training is a comprehensive evaluation of the way an individual stands, walks, and runs that helps identify the source of muscle, nerve or skeletal problems.

We also offer complimentary screening programs for athletes in order to prevent injury.

A Richmond local, she's passionate about on treating musculoskeletal dysfunctions, biomechanical injuries, and postoperative orthopedic conditions within the community.

Sonya brings extensive clinical expertise and advanced training in

dry needling
vestibular and concussion rehabilitation
Parkinson’s care
TMJ disorders
blood flow restriction therapy
instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM)
therapeutic taping and cupping
scoliosis management, with advanced coursework in the Schroth method. She also serves as a certified clinical educator.

Her goal is to uncover the root cause of movement dysfunction and empower patients to return to their optimal performance.
