✨Before and After✨

Hip mobility: some of us have it… and some of us are out here negotiating with our hips😤

Hip flips are a great exercise for improving hip mobility, coordination, and control. They help keep the hips moving through different ranges of motion, which can translate to easier walking, squatting, exercising, and everyday activities.

A little mobility work consistently can go a long way toward helping your body move and feel better! 💪

Over 21K people ran the Richmond Marathon last year, now that’s a lot of gait training!

We;ve enjoyed working with runners to enhance their performance with comprehensive evaluations that helps identify any source of muscle, nerve or skeletal problems. We also offer complimentary screening programs for athletes in order to prevent injury!

🚨🚨Patient spotlight🚨🚨
Huge shoutout to .808 for completing the Boston marathon last week!! Here he is utilizing dry needling and electrical stimulation to promote hemodynamics and enhance recovery from his race. This can help you reduce soreness, improve tissue health, and get you back on the road sooner.
Anthony is the co-founder of which is an organization that focuses on community connection and promotes a positive running experience to support fitness and friendship. We love getting to learn about this organization in his sessions and support his personal running journey.
If you or someone you know is interested in dry needling or treatment for running related injuries, schedule an evaluation at Richmond Physical Therapy!
